2004年1月1日， CEPA协议正式实施。为了满足广大的港澳和境外投资者了解广东落实CEPA的最新政策及操作办法，帮助港澳投资者把握我省服务业开放带来的商机，促进外资投资服务业，我厅定于2004年1月9日上午，举办"中国广东落实CEPA网上政策咨询会"，会议安排如下：

　　9:30--9:35时，招玉芳副厅长宣布咨询会开始，商务部安民副部长、梁耀文厅长以图文形式为会议致辞讲话。

　　9:35--11:30时，咨询解答时间，梁耀文厅长、黄永智、招玉芳副厅长到会指导，政府有关领导回答企业提问。

　　11:30时，招玉芳副厅长宣布会议结束，并致谢。

CEPA(Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement) has come into effect since January 1,2004.The Guangdong Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department has made a decision that CEPA and GUANGDON CONSULTAIONS ONLINE will be held on January 9,2004 from 09:30-11:30 a.m. at WWW.gddoftec.gov.cn.

The major consultations:

Various kinds of policies and measures have been taken by the central and local government on how to implement CEPA.

Consultations provided by officials from:

Department of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs, Department of Foreign Investment Administration under the Ministry of Commerce;

Departments under the Gunagdong Provincial Government, such as Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation; Department of Industry and Commerce Administration; the Custom House; Department of Import and Export Commodities Inspection and Quarantine; Department of Taxation ; Department of Foreign Currency Administration; as well as the Bank of China, Guangdong Branch.
