Complainant can raise his complaint by appointment, letter, telephone, fax, E-mail or online complaint.

Guangdong Complaints Center For Foreign Investment (GDCCFI) is the professional governmental agency in charge of the management of complaints from Foreign Investment Enterprises (FIEs) in Guangdong Province. Its principle functions include: To organize and coordinate complaints of Foreign Investment Enterprises in Guangdong Province. To accept and deal with complaint cases of great importance directly, mediate and coordinate complaint cases legally and timely, or provide guide and assistance for the settlement of the problem. To take charge in the statistics and analysis of complaint cases of Foreign Investment Enterprises, report the trends in Foreign Investment Enterprises complaints and serious problems found to the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee, the provincial government, Provincial People’s Congress, Provincial Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, so as to enhance the further improvement of the soft investment environment of our province.
Involved persons submit documents concerned to room 418 of Guangdong Complaints Center For Foreign Investment through different approaches.
1. Fill in Registration Form of Complaints From Enterprises [Sample] or Registration Form of Complaints From Individuals [Sample].
2. Complainants should provide the legal identity documents such as the ratification documents of the establishment of the enterprise, ratification certificates, business license, individual identity card and letter of authorization.
3. The explanation of complaint and materials and evidences concerned. |

| Undertaker registers the complaint after accepting it, fills in the Opinion Form of Acceptance and reports to the director to decide whether the case should be accepted. In three business days after receiving the complaint, the undertaker will inform the complainant in proper way. |

| Filling in the Opinion Form of Handling and reporting to the director, the undertaker of the case should deal with the case timely, justly and legally to appropriately settle the case. |
